About me

What else is there to say? I grew up in Bergedorf, a suburb in Hamburg. I played a lot of sports, I started learning my first HTML when I was quite young (that's why I still make my sites myself) and I soon started to develope my love for music. My love for photography started at a time, where a lot of people discovered new hobbies: Corona was in the air. And you couldn't do much more then walking outside. So I decided do buy my first camera and there it went. Still love it, even though since I became a father in 2023, I have not much time left for photography. But if I find the time, I'm enjoying even more!

What do I say? I already told you, I am a social worker and my main hobby is music making. Plus I have a child. So: not much money left. That's why my equipment is "just" a Canon 250 EOS D, the fitting kit lens, a Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM, a Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM (tele) and a Canon EF-S 10-18mm f/4.5-5.6 IS STM (wide angle).

I think, you can make great photos with it. Am I dreaming about something more? Yes, surely, but only, when it's the right time. I know my camera very well by now, so I am rather hesitant to change it.
